Inclusive Education
Here’s a Special Olympics promo video that I thought was really well done. I volunteered once for Special Olympics and it was a wonderful experience. I’ve also had the opportunity to work out at Camp Easter Seal here in the province of Sask and I can honestly say that it has been by far the best summer job I have ever had.
People often ask me about the work I do and why I love it so much….I often reply, I’m not sure I just love it. I don’t know what it is about working with people with disabilities but every time I do I always learn something new about myself and the world around me!
A Practical Handbook for Successful Inclusion:
I created this short and practical little handbook for teachers who are working hard to provide an inclusive educational setting in their schools and classrooms.
